Sup. Regs and Postal Entry Form

This event will be held as a cross country format in the Hallelujah Hills just out of Robertstown. There will be a social night / camp out held the night before with all club members welcome. The clubs BBQ will be available for people to use for a cook up Saturday night.

As these events are organised by volunteers who are greatly appreciated but always in short supply we have included a request with the entry form for people to help out for an hour or so or when ever they are able to do so.

• There will be catering for this event.
• First Care Medical will also be in attendance.
• Directions to the venue will be released with the final riders information.
• Entries close Midnight Wednesday 2nd August

Junior Non-Competitive:

• 7:30- 8:15am –Machine exam and rider sign on
• 8:15- Riders Briefing
•  8:30am – 9:30am ride.

Junior – Competitive

•  7:30-9:00am – Junior machine examination and rider sign on
•  9:00-9:30am – Junior’s rider’s briefing and sight lap (Junior A, followed by Junior B)
•  9:30-10:30am – Junior’s A Race
• 10:30-12:00- Junior B Race
•  12:00 – Presentation from previous rounds

Seniors

•  9:00-12:00 – Senior’s machine examination and rider sign on
• 12:00- Presentations from previous rounds.
•  12:30-1:00 – Senior’s rider’s briefing and sight lap
•  1:00-4:00pm – Senior’s Race
